These are all very good answers overall. I especially appreciate your responses to the borg/AI questions, as many people seem to disregard the perspective of the AI/borg. However, as a moderator, I am unable to accept/deny applications, though this all looks very good, and an admin should be around sooner or later to give the final judgement!
One very small thing to keep in mind however, is that medical records may also determine whether or not you should be treating a patient. The patient can be completely unable to accept or refuse treatment, but if their records say not to, you still follow those.
