To follow on the above, many of the circumstances regarding your departure from the staff team exceeded our current criteria for revoking a whitelist. For us to consider granting it again in the future, we will need to see good behavior from you in the community which avoids the reasons your whitelist was revoked in the first place (namely arguing/drama with other players, petty misuse of power/authority against other players, powergaming, and neglect of job responsibilities).

As you have not actually been involved in the community since then, you will be starting from scratch in that regard.
