Why do you wish to be in the position you choose?:
Helping out with bug hunting and fixing as well as being there as borg dev. The main reason I started coding again was the fact, that most of the borg modules had issues by the time I came back to the server.

Actively, merely a few months, likely 3 by now.

What do you want to gain from being staff?:
Faster communication with other developers on issues as well as insight in the direction of the server. Better communication with the players as larger changes can be better announced and feedback can be asked for easier. Direct access to debugging informations as well as the option to live debug and test. Testing some of the things that require multiple people can be a hassle on private test instances.

How do you see yourself in the future of the server?:
Bug fixing as well as qol improvements when things come up. Additional content can be possible, but I want to have a main focus on bug hunting and borg development.

What do you want to offer to the community?:
A better experience by helping out tracking down issues and resolving them in a timely manner or in direct cooperation with the reporters.

Why do you wish to be in the position you choose?
As someone who spend 90% of my free time reading and writing novels, I really love stories and lore. Seeing Kassc weaving the plot his events inspires me to do the same, so that I can show everyone some good stories of my own making. Furthermore, I also enjoy making puzzle and minigames, and love seeing people solving them.

I got poked by Cyrelius about my issue in game, but I am not sure if those can be considered Reprimand.

Banned for one week in Virgo, but I don't believe they are justified: Job stealing for doing Solar in dead shift as Science, 2 hours before an Engineer came; at the same time got blamed by said Engineer for almost causing delam although never touched the engine. Didn't even have chance to ask why.

What do you want to gain from being staff?
The power that helps crafting my own event / puzzle / minigame easier. I can already do the latter two using in-game mechanic, but it would help a lot as an EM.
And also, a blue name on Discord.


How do you see yourself in the future of the server?
At first, I would probably be helping other EM hosting their event, I love helping. Then when I have more experience with the controls, I would move toward hosting my own event solo for people to enjoy (while still helping in between, ofc).
My ambition is one day I can host an epic event, like an FF14 endgame raid.


What do you want to offer to the community?
My desire to help, my need for approval, my crave for vore, and my skill to push the plot forward. And my humor. Can't forget that.
Joke aside, as I am from a different timezone than most, I am available to liven up the less populated shift with spice and small events.

I've been hosting simple table-top game, some of my own design, every now and then. I am good at driving the plot forward, steering the flow to get where I want, but also compromise and improvise to ensure a good story when things go off the plan.

Can't be more stressful than my job. I understand that it's impossible to satisfy everyone, and everyone can make mistake (even myself). I always strive to learn from the feedback and my mistake to improve in the future.

Why do you wish to be in the position you choose?: Recently, Chomp hasn't seen many moderators around due to staff members being preoccupied with real-life time constraints, so I simply wish to help fill in for the interim.

What do you want to gain from being staff?: As I'm already a staff member from Chomp, I only wish to assist further with helping improve the server.

How do you see yourself in the future of the server?: I will hopefully still be doing what I'm currently doing and working to improve the server and keep it as a fun, safe place for people to roleplay.

What do you want to offer to the community?: I wish to offer more time and assistance to the community, both in-game and in the discord channels.

Why do you wish to be in the position you choose?: 
I personally think I would make a great addition to the team as I like to partake in things and be responsible for certain things. I like to take part, be there for others and help out wherever I can. I would think I have some great ideas at times, I work well under stress and I dont mind interacting with others. I love the community and what it has shown me in my time, and I would love to be a help for others. 


How long have you played on the server for?:
 Actively a bit on and off honestly. I have joined May 2022 and been around quite frequently in those times, but I also had some breaks inbetween to keep things fresh. I have joined back recently and it has been a great delight once more.

Not directly in SS13. I have perms and whitelists in other servers, but most of them arent as serious as Chomp for example. I have experience when it comes to moderation overall in other contexts as I am a mod of public groups and chats. I did learn from hosting my own server for a few friends a while back, so I am not fully inexperienced but I am more than happy to learn from others and go with the flow.


What do you want to gain from being staff?
Gain sounds like I do that for personal benefits. I rather want to help, be around, show presence, be there for those that need help and be someone others can come to if they need help or want to talk about things. I want to be a fun person to be around and help with solving issues and problems. I would like to take over some responsibility and share my experiences on this servers with newer players for example. Like a guiding light in a way?

How do you see yourself in the future of the server?
I plan of setting up some more characters, creating a lot more stories and interactions with different persons. I want to play more and grow when it comes to my roleplaying skills and other jobs. I want to partake in events and be a problem solver. Although it wouldnt negatively impact my will to do all that even without the moderation role. I am generally just searching out to keep the time on the server as fun as possible for me and for everyone around me. Making sure things move along well. 

What do you want to offer to the community?
Whatever I can. I have received so much kindness and helpful commentaries and fun hours from not only this server, but the community as a whole and I would love to be able to give some of that back. Be one of the types of persons that others get really happy about seeing on the server as they know it is just genuinly a great time. Being creative, offering fun twists, being nice and helpful.

I am german so my timezone shifts a bit. Speaking from my timezone I work from morning to evening, so I would be online generally around after 7 or 8pm (German time). This changes of course depending on when I am free and what other things I might have going on, but generally thats when I start. The end is open as I go to bed when I am sleepy.

If you have been a mod/admin in elsewhere, is there anybody who can provide a recommendation?
I mean, I have some friends who might be able to recommend me as a person, as for SS13 moderation itself I dont really think so. The ones I played with earlier dont play on here as it was just a small private friend group, but I am ready to prove myself, given the chance.

We are here to offer a service to the community; as a moderator, how do you want to be represented?
I strive to be reliant. I work in sales for a camping place so I am used to harder situations people get mad at me for things I didnt even influence, so I dont mind that. I remain calm and try to make both sides happy. I tend to be very empathic as I can usually understand both sides. I want to look for solutions that make sense and wish to be someone people trust and like. It is important to me that people enjoy the work I am doing, but I am also very open for critique. There is always room to grow of course, so I am overall just someone with an open ear for anything they can get. 

I am of course open for questions or anything that might be useful, in case my wording isnt quite clear. I try to respond as quickly as possible.

I want to be seen as the moderator who is online during the graveyard hours when no one is playing and is there to be helpful when something goes and admin intervention is needed
When it comes to taking actions, being clear and neutral when it comes to punishments or talking with people about who is right or wrong in a situation as some players And to not immediately take sides or treat someone unfairly even when they do not get their way

How long have you played on the server for?: Nearing two years now give or take, been playing off and on at times.


Have you ever been banned, warned, or otherwise reprimanded by admins? If so, why? As far as I remember I do not believe I've had any negative encounters with the staff here.


Have you ever been banned, warned, or otherwise reprimanded by admins on another server? If so, why? I haven't been recently warned or banned on any other servers, but have a few years ago before I shaped up and got into RPing and generally began to enjoy the slower aspects of ss13.

What do you want to gain from being staff? Memories really, want to be a bigger part of the community and just help create and envision stories with the wonderful folks here.

On none ss13 RP's I've frequented I've done my fair share of being the game master for I believe I have an okay understanding of improvising and am willing to always try and better myself if something hasn't gone well. Learning and getting better is always applicable.

This is the most stressful position in the staff team; how well do you handle negative community feedback? Not everyone will enjoy the same type story as another, and negative feedback is going to always be there no matter how well something goes. It's always important to separate the emotional parts of such and focus on objective criticism and improve from what you can. 

I believe I can handle it well enough for it not to impact my duties if I were to be accepted.

Appeal Reason: To begin with, I'm sorry I made a lie to everyone involved.

At June 2022, I made a decision of a suicide by being overdozed with my medication that is perscribed, which main toxic medicine type being Pristiq ER and Seroquel, about 1~200 pills total.
I was suicidal because of my family matter, severe depression, and my self-esteem totally annihilated during that time of month. Most biggest case was my abusive father continuously harassing me and beating me down (yes, I still get beaten down by my father even as an adult, and I have no power to fight against it).
I was tired. I thought I am hopeless at that situation.
I did asked few times to the admins about self-requested ban due to the depression and anxiety, and potential toxicity that may flew to unwanted peoples, but none of the admins were willing to ban me temporarely.
Yes, you admin team do not accept the requests of the self-ban.
As a result, I made a terrible excuse, and sacrificing my relationship to ban me from the community to protect them against me.
Yes, the harassment I made to Silenrea, who was one that was targetted, was intentional bluff and a lie I made.
I eventually managed to contact with Silenrea once more again on recent days, explaining this whole situation and a sincere apology since she has been a target of mine to terminate myself away from the community. She said she was simply shaken, not having a grief on to me, which was a relief.
However, I'm not sure how the chompers community will now look at me, especially since then... I have gone into more worser situation.
Multiple more suicide happened, yes. Even after the June 2022 one (September, 2023 March) so I am actually, afraid, in fear.
Chompers was a place my imagination thrive, and make it real. All that activities with the peoples, I don't forget it.
But now, with a year has passed... It has solidified, rusted, and decaying.
All my social skills, now turned cold.
Connections with peoples, now thinned down to none.

Now, the reason why I want to appeal this right now is... I realized, no one gives a damn about me, at all, even if I die.
I can just vanish into thin air, and no one will ever notice.
I am totally alone now.
And I now feel... Scared. So much.
Now to achieve such place that I wanted when I die, this lonesome is... Frightening.
I can either just... Die, and vanish, or... Maybe, even with a permanent scar, I may... Have someone on my side.
With more high dosage of medications and drug (yes, this perscription didn't decrease, but increased due to suicide attempt), and hopefully now normal brain compared with the last... I desire the connections with peoples.
I want the connections back. Hopefully, it's not lost forever now, even with how harsh my disconnect attempt was been.
I'm sorry that I lied to perma-ban me for my suicide... Now, after a year passed, I want to repair it back.

If, just if, the evidence is required, I can send a fax or a mail, or any possible method I could send about my medical records.
For 3 years of hospital visiting, I do have the evidence and record that is written when and how I have comitted suicide, and which medication is getting perscribed.
